Property layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Additionally included in this new photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a legend labelling different areas of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for boat shelters.
More documentation made public as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
